Manifestors: Manifestors start things, but don't need to finish them. Their energy comes in influential bursts. Intentionally taking rests in between burst is essential. Manifestors also dislike being told what to do and need to feel a sense of liberty.

Generators: Generators are the most common type. They need to follow what excites them. They have a very regular energy cycle that's meant to be used up in the day leading to them being worn out by night. They can keep going and going and going. Basically the true hustlas of the world. It's important to say "no" to things that don't move you.

Manifesting Generators: Being a mixture of Manifestor and Generator energy, Manifesting Generators can multitask like no other. Kick the routines, each day should look different for them. Those with this energy type need to be mindful that their productivity and personal drive can vary from day to day so getting quality SLEEP is essential.

Projectors: Projectors have the type of energy that's ever-changing, and they should honor that. They are designed to work less hours because they are "non-energy types." Efficiency is a Projector's best friend. Projectors don't need to hustle. Instead, they need invites to progress in the world. So how do they get the invites? Through recognition from others.

Reflectors: The rarest type of them all, Reflectors, are also "non-energy types." Reflectors reflect the energy of the people they are with. Which is important to choose who they associate with. Reflectors will thrive best when they hone into individuality. Being similar to empaths, Reflectors need to balance and realign their energy more often than other types due to their ability to take on other's energies
